Last updated: October 29, 2026
1. Website information
The website provides general information about digital media and communication services. A service relationship begins only after scope, fees, deliverables, timelines and relevant terms are agreed in writing.
2. No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee votes, election results, viral content, audience growth, engagement, search rankings, advertising approvals or specific commercial outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions to provide supplied images, footage, logos, statements and other materials. Clients must review and approve content and ensure claims, disclosures and campaign activities comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
4. Political neutrality and compliance
PoliticalSocialMedia.com is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by a political party or government body unless a specific written authorization says otherwise. Services are subject to platform eligibility, advertising authorization and applicable election laws and regulations.
5. Intellectual property
Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables should be defined in the applicable written proposal or agreement. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
6. Acceptable use
We do not support impersonation, fabricated endorsements, knowingly false information, unauthorized access, unlawful harassment or deceptive activity. We may decline work that creates legal, ethical, platform-policy or security concerns.
